Meet the brains behind the operation, Kristina Butler, MSHRD, PHR, SHRM-CP! :)
Kristina is the Founder and Creator of The Keys to the Office, LLC and she brings well over a decade of experience in human resources, specifically in the area of early talent and diversity recruiting. She has built successful internship programs and hiring initiatives focused on recent college graduates for major organizations. She has also hired students, grads, and seasoned professionals, and taught hiring managers how to identify and interview top talent. Kristina is passionate about sharing her many years of experience and her passion for changing the landscape of multiple industries and brings all of that enthusiasm to The Keys Family.
In addition to focusing on her career, Kristina is the mother of two daughters and enjoys organizing her home, planning in her digital planner, and supporting small businesses and charities in the Richmond, VA area. She was once (maybe several times...) a confused college student who started as a Social Work major and eventually ended up in a Medical Assisting program. Huh? Fast forward to today and she can transparently say she attended 6 colleges/universities and is committed to helping you gain clarity without the many obstacles and insane student debt she had to deal with. She's a Queens, New Yorker and gives you the real deal straight with no chaser...and a splash of goofy laughter.
