QUOTABLES:

  • "It's always good to be seen, always good to share space with like minded individuals and share that passion and that drive for wanting to see change."
  • “It's like anything else when you set a goal and you need to stick to that goal. Hold yourself accountable, get other people around you to hold yourself accountable so that you can finish out that goal in whatever way it looks."
  • “It's not only the work that you're producing and you're doing, why you might be at your job; it's also the work of being fully financially knowledgeable.”

MARY’S MAJOR KEY:

"This is going to seem really simplistic and possibly corny, but it's believing in yourself, ultimately. It's like when I think through all of the things and all of the hardships, successes, this journey that I've had personally, professionally, and all the things, it really just kind of comes back to self, right? There is no journey. There is no success. There is no anything that you're going to do, no matter what industry it is, without having that belief in being able to accomplish that thing."
